Sugar Mercado opened up about the unwavering support she received from her fellow SexBomb Girls while competing in Stars on the Floor, a commitment that required her to miss several performances with the group.
Boy Abunda pointed out that the SexBomb Girls have continued performing both in the Philippines and abroad. He then asked Mercado whether she had missed many of the group's shows because of her competition schedule.
Mercado confirmed that she was unable to join several performances due to the demands of Stars on the Floor, particularly as the competition approached its grand finals.

"Hindi po talaga ako makakasama kasi po, may Grand Finals kami sa Stars on the Floor kaya hindi po ako nakasama sa kanila talaga. Alam naman po nila 'yon from the start. Nagpaalam po talaga ako."
Despite her absence from several engagements, Mercado emphasized that her fellow SexBomb members never made her feel unsupported. According to her, the group understood how important the competition was to her personal and professional growth.
She expressed appreciation for the encouragement she received from the women she considers her older sisters in the industry.
"At sobra ang suporta po sa akin ng mga ate ko."
Mercado then recalled the words of encouragement she received from them during her journey.
"Kaya mo 'yan bunso."
The performer explained that the group understood why she needed to dedicate her attention to the competition.
"Alam nila na magpo-focus talaga ako rito."
She also reflected on how meaningful the experience had been for her.
"Kasi syempre, Tito Boy, iba rin po 'yung journey ko sa Stars on the Floor talaga."
While she acknowledged missing opportunities to perform with the group, Mercado stressed that their bond remains strong and that there are still many future activities they will share together.
"At iba rin 'yung makasama ko sila."
Looking ahead, Mercado revealed that fans can expect more projects involving the SexBomb Girls.
"At ang dami pa naming pagsasamahan."
She also hinted at upcoming endorsement deals involving the group.
