Content creator Mimiyuuuh has addressed online criticism labeling her as “pa-sosyal,” after netizens noticed changes in her lifestyle and fashion choices following her rise in popularity.

Now a regular presence at fashion events and recently featured as a May 2026 Preview cover model, Mimiyuuuh said she has become more comfortable attending glamorous gatherings compared to her earlier viral days online.

“Parang hindi na po ako nahihiya (laughs). Kasi nakailan ilan na rin tayo (ng ganitong events) at nakakatuwa magpapansin (laughs). In all honesty, I really love dressing up. Kaya I really love attending yung mga ganitong events,” she said in an interview.

Her growing career also led her to a major milestone after being invited to interview the cast of “The Devil Wears Prada 2,” an experience she described as surreal, especially after receiving praise from actress Anne Hathaway for her questions.

However, some netizens claimed she had changed from her “kanal humor” roots and had become too “sosyal.” Mimiyuuuh rejected this, saying her personality remains the same despite her upgraded lifestyle.

“Di ba parang same lang naman din ako? It’s just that nag-iba yung lifestyle ko and the taste ko when it comes to fashion, I feel like andun talaga. Nagkaroon lang ako ng pera pambili talaga. I feel like I’m just the same girl, but different lifestyle, different vibe, lang siguro,” she explained.

She also shared that one of her biggest investments is her condominium unit in Salcedo, which she continues to pay for, calling it her most important purchase.

On fashion, she admitted buying a mini Kelly bag, describing it as a dream purchase tied to her personal goals.

“You’re not just buying the thing, you’re buying the dream!” she said.

For Mimiyuuuh, the changes in her life are not about becoming someone else, but about finally being able to afford what she once only dreamed of while staying grounded and confident despite online criticism.

Mimiyuuuh, born Jeremy Sancebuche, is a highly popular Filipino YouTube content creator, comedian, and digital influencer who shot to internet stardom after going viral with the "Dalagang Pilipina" online challenge in 2019. Beyond her comedic vlogs and major brand endorsements, she is a Fashion Design and Merchandising graduate from the De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde who owns her own clothing line, Fangs.
