Alexa Ilacad has confirmed the end of her love team partnership with fellow actor KD Estrada through an emotional message shared on social media.

The actress reposted the official statement released by their fandom group, KDLex International Sweethearts, which announced that the pair had decided to part ways as a love team after several discussions and mutual understanding.
In her message, Alexa expressed deep gratitude to supporters who stood by them throughout their journey together.
“I am truly grateful to all the Sweethearts — more than you will ever know,” Alexa wrote.

“I will forever cherish and remember everything you have done for me and KD from the very beginning: the sacrifices, the heartaches, the laughter, and all the beautiful memories and bondings we shared together,” she added.
The actress also encouraged supporters to continue showing respect regardless of who they choose to support moving forward.
“And no matter who you choose to support, as long as RESPECT REMAINS, I will continue to love and appreciate all of you,” she expressed.
“Thank you for all the love, unwavering support, and kindness you have given me and KD. We will always carry that in our hearts. 🤍”
Meanwhile, KDLex International Sweethearts released a statement on May 12 explaining the reason behind the decision.
“After many heartfelt conversations and with mutual understanding, KDLex decided to part ways as a love team due to the circumstances, external factors, and the people surrounding them,” the statement read.
“Though their journey as a pairing has come to an end, the respect, care, and friendship between them remain.”
The fandom group also reflected on the impact of the tandem, saying fans would always treasure the memories shared throughout the years.
“What KDLex shared was genuine, and the happiness and memories they gave to all of us will always be cherished,” they stated.
The group further thanked fans for their loyalty, edits, prayers, patience, and continued support for both stars.
Rumors about a possible falling-out previously circulated after the two were rarely seen together publicly. However, KD denied those speculations during an earlier interview.
“I don’t know where it came from,” he said.
“Maybe kasi wala kaming work together. I understand there are other artists. But we are good behind the camera. We don’t have to show anything.”
The speculation resurfaced again after KD was linked to his Bagets: The Musical castmate Mia Bella, which he strongly denied online.
“Wag kayong magsalita na para bang alam niyo ang buhay namin dahil wala naman kayong alam talaga,” KD wrote in a previous statement.
