Actress and celebrity mom Arny Ross is inspiring many with her latest Instagram post, showing off her physical transformation after a dedicated month of fitness. Sharing a side-by-side "before and after" photo, Arny revealed she went from 63kg in March to a leaner 58kg in April 2024.

However, Arny made it clear that her journey was about much more than just the numbers on the scale.

"Akala ko hindi ko kaya... pero kaya pala," she wrote. "This is about showing up kahit pagod. Kahit tinatamad. Kahit gusto mo na lang humiga," she added.

For Arny, the decision to get back into shape was deeply personal. She admitted that after giving birth to her son, Franco, she stopped working out. It wasn't until the heartbreaking loss of her second baby that she decided to make a change.

"Until the miscarriage of our 2nd baby happened... Doon ako napaisip," she shared candidly. "I want to be healthier and stronger—for my family," she confessed.

The journey wasn't easy, however, involving workouts six times a week and strict daily discipline.

Arny admitted that there were days when she found it "sobrang hirap," but the results have been worth it. She now feels lighter, stronger, and more confident.

She ended her post with a powerful message for fellow mothers who might be afraid to take that first step. "Sa mga moms na natatakot magsimula... Pareho tayo dati. Pero Mommy, kaya mo rin," she encouraged.

Arny views her current progress as a reminder that she can always rise again, amidst every challenge.

"Ito magiging reminder ko—na kaya kong bumangon ulit, maging healthy ulit, at maging stronger version ko," she said, proving that resilience is the ultimate key to fitness.

Arny Ross is a Filipina actress, model, comedian, and dancer who gained recognition after joining Protégé: The Battle For The Big Artista Break. During the competition, she was notably linked to Jeric Gonzales, who eventually won the grand prize. Although Arny did not make it to the final ten contestants, she continued her career in entertainment and later became part of the long-running comedy show Bubble Gang, where she performed as a member of the 'Bubble Shakers' until 2022.
