Kara David has warned the public about a fake social media account that has been using her name to spread misleading and fabricated content online. The veteran journalist addressed the issue after the post began circulating widely across group chats and various platforms, prompting concern from netizens. She emphasized that the account is not hers and is being used by an impostor attempting to deceive people.

"Guys, please help me report this page. The post has been circulating online and in group chats," she said.

"THIS IS FAKE!," she emphasized.

"Whoever made this is an impostor who is trying to use my name. Grabe na talaga ang mga tao ngayon 😡 mga walang respeto," she added.

The fake post linked to the impersonated account contains a long emotional narrative centered on a health-related story involving kidney concerns and a personal family account featuring a man named LM Cancio. It has been shared as if it were a real-life experience tied to the journalist.
