Sharing a mix of throwback photos and recent snaps, Ruffa talked about the reality of being a single mother. She didn't sugarcoat the journey, mentioning the "sleepless nights and tears" it took to get to where they are today.

"Raising them on my own, with the help of my family, was never easy. There were so many challenges, sacrifices, sleepless nights, and tears. But through the love and support of the people who stood by me, we made it," Ruffa wrote.

The proud mom also shared some big news regarding Lorin’s education. In just 11 days, her eldest daughter will be graduating from Pepperdine University in California. Meanwhile, Venice is also busy with her own studies as a sophomore in Political Science.

"Watching them grow into the amazing young women they are today reminds me that every hardship was worth it," she added.

Ruffa also touched on her own personal growth, explaining that she refused to let past pains turn her bitter. Instead, she chose to keep her "light" shining—a trait that even people she recently met have noticed.

"I’m proud of myself for never allowing the pain to make me bitter. Instead, it made me stronger, wiser, and even more grateful," she stated.
