Speaking in a recent episode of “KC After Hours” aired on April 11, KC was asked by broadcast journalist Karmina Constantino about where things stand between her and her mother.

“So much better,” KC said.

She explained that she now feels more comfortable expressing herself honestly without fear of being misunderstood.

“I’ll just tell her straight na, ‘Ma, hear me out. This is my situation. But don’t worry, there’s no blaming.’”

The actress emphasized that she has learned to acknowledge tensions without trying to control everything.

“I’m just saying na there are things tension here and there na hindi natin mako-control,” she shared.

KC admitted that she no longer wants to engage in conflicts.

“Nakakapagod. Let's just be okay,” she said.

Expressing her desire to resolve issues calmly and move forward.

When asked about her father, KC revealed that she recently reached out to him with a heartfelt message.

“I was messaging a few weeks ago,” she said.

Noting that she expressed gratitude even without a specific reason.

“I’m aiming towards having my own family,” KC shared.

She explained that before stepping into new roles as a wife and mother, she wants to make peace with her past and acknowledge the people who shaped her life.
