“May ginawa po kaming movie. ‘Yun po ‘yung first time namin na nag-meet. ‘Desperada.’ ‘Yung unang beses, Tito Boy, sa story con nung movie,” he recalled.
Despite meeting on set, Yasser admitted he initially kept his distance because he was unsure how to approach Robb.

“Tinitingnan ko lang siya kasi siyempre first time namin mag-meet. Hindi ko pa alam kung paano siya i-approach. Tapos parang dinededma niya lang ako eh,” he shared.
Robb clarified that she was simply being cautious and did not want to appear overly familiar right away.
“Kumbaga kasi nung una, ‘pag once na unang kilala mo naman sa tao, ayaw mo naman magpaka-feeling close eh. Kumbaga parang pinapakiramdaman ko rin siya,” she explained.
Their dynamic changed during a workshop for the film, where Yasser broke the ice.
“Nung workshop, sabi ko, ‘Alam mo, ang cute-cute mo.’ Doon na na-break ‘yung ice,” he said.
The pair noted that their connection continued to grow, especially during a trip to Bali. Instead of formally courting her, Yasser decided to be straightforward about his intentions.
“Actually, hindi niya sinabing puwede bang manligaw eh. ‘Pwede ba kitang maging girlfriend?’ Nag-yes po ako,” Robb revealed.
