"Nag sawa lang talaga ako kumain cuz I didn’t hold back when I was pregnant," she said.
She reminded everyone that each postpartum experience is unique.
Bea admitted that she is still learning to feel comfortable in her new body.
"I haven’t been wearing mini skirts or dresses… because I’m still learning to feel confident in my new body," she added.
Bea further emphasizes that adjusting after childbirth takes time and patience. Her honesty challenges the often-unrealistic images of women “bouncing back” immediately after giving birth.
Beyond her personal story, Bea addressed all mothers, urging them to practice self-compassion.
"Please be gentle with yourself. Our bodies went through so much to bring life into this world," she wrote.
She stressed that healing has no timeline and that it’s normal not to feel like oneself right away.
The actress also highlighted the bigger purpose behind the challenges of motherhood.
"Everything we went through and continue to go through is for our child, and that alone is something to be proud of," Bea said.
Her post serves as a reminder that motherhood is not just about outward appearances but also about the sacrifices and love that shape a child’s life.
