Camille speaks from the heart about how her old schedule of 18-20 hours a day, three times a week, stole time from these irreplaceable experiences. What felt like a blessing became a burden, leading her to realize that as a millennial mom, thriving in career and family at once is tough; one often suffers.

With her husband's support and faith guiding her, the actress now savors these daily joys she can never take back. She pointed out that her kids won't remember material things bought while she was away working "for them."

“They’ll remember my presence, not my presents,” to drive home her message.

They'll remember her being there, every drop-off, pickup, cheer, and hug. Doubts come on tough days about finances or the future, but seeing her children's happy faces affirms she's right where she belongs. She lifts the rest to the Lord.

"Last year, I had to make one of the toughest decisions. I decided, with my husband’s support to stop working. Acting is a big part of my life, I have been doing TV work since I was 7 and it’s safe to say that I breathe my job. As we walk in faith, God impressed upon me to take a break and focus on family life. What once felt like a blessing turned out to be a burden. Working 18-20 hours a day, 3x a week really took a lot of time and energy away from my family. It made me rethink my priorities in life. As a millennial mom, we were taught or made believe that we can have both. A career and a thriving family. But the reality is… we can’t. As one thrives, the other suffers. Its impossible to win at both. By the amazing support of my husband and a huge leap of faith that God is never lacking, that He supplies all of our needs since all things are from Him, I get to enjoy and never miss out on moments I can never take back. And those are these precious moments spent with my family. When they’re older, they won’t remember how much toys I bought for them coz mom was working “for them”. They will remember my presence and not my presents. This choice I continually choose every single day. There are days I struggle and think “did I make the right decision?” “What about finances?”, but seeing there faces light up everytime they see me is affirmation that I’m right exactly where I’m meant to be. The rest, I lift up to the Lord."
