Actor and entrepreneur Matteo Guidicelli is returning once again to Harvard Business School as he embarks on a new academic milestone.

In a social media post shared on March 9, Guidicelli revealed that he has begun a six-month Program for Leadership Development under the university’s Executive Education program. The course marks his third learning experience at the prestigious Boston-based institution.
Guidicelli shared a glimpse of his dormitory on campus through an Instagram reel while preparing for the start of the program.
“Back at Harvard Business School Executive Education. #PLD42,” he wrote in the caption.

He also expressed gratitude for the opportunity to continue expanding his knowledge while interacting with professionals from different fields.
"Starting a six-month journey of learning, growth, and being exposed to different minds from around the world and from different industries."
The actor acknowledged the support of his loved ones as he begins another chapter in his academic journey.
"Very grateful for the support of my family and the blessing that I’m able to be here again."
Guidicelli also shared a personal reflection about returning to Harvard for the third time.
"Learning continues every single day."
Before enrolling in the leadership program, Guidicelli previously joined the school’s marketing-focused Executive Education course in June. He later returned in December to take the Creating Brand Value program.
During an earlier visit to the campus, he admitted that his first experience at Harvard was overwhelming.
"The first time I came here, [overwhelmed]," Guidicelli recalled.
He said the second visit felt different because he had already become familiar with the environment and expectations.
Outside of his academic pursuits, Guidicelli remains active in both entertainment and business. He helps manage his family’s restaurant ventures in Manila and Cebu and co-owns G Studios, a management company in Alabang, with his wife, singer and actress Sarah Geronimo.
He also recently launched a podcast titled Lead The Way, where he interviews leaders from different industries.
Matteo Guidicelli is a Filipino actor, singer, and athlete who first rose to prominence as a kart racer. During his younger years, he earned several awards in karting competitions before eventually shifting his focus to the entertainment industry. He later joined ABS-CBN’s Star Magic and appeared in television series such as Agua Bendita, Galema, and Dolce Amore. In his personal life, he is married to internationally acclaimed singer Sarah Geronimo. The couple tied the knot in a private wedding ceremony in February 2020, which quickly became a widely discussed topic in Philippine media.
In another related report, Guidicelli also opened up about his relationship with Geronimo’s family, sharing that things are improving over time. He said that their relationship is “getting better now,” although he chose not to disclose further details about their current family dynamics. According to the actor, humility plays a key role in resolving conflicts. He emphasized the importance of letting go of misunderstandings and “washing away” disagreements, noting that life is temporary. For him, spreading love and making people happy matters more than holding on to past issues.
Meanwhile, the actor also revealed that it was his personal decision to avoid having leading ladies in his acting projects. He explained that he wants Geronimo to always feel “secure” and “happy.” Guidicelli also shared that both sides of their families have started asking about having a grandchild. Despite this, he made it clear that he does not want to pressure his wife. Instead, he said they prefer to wait for “God’s time,” acknowledging the significant pressure many women face when it comes to pregnancy.
