In the comment section, Imperial further discussed men’s role in respecting women.

“Men, protecting your wife or girlfriend does not mean controlling how she dresses or how she expresses herself. Real protection is showing other men how to respect women,” she said.
She added, “Not all women dress up for male attention. Let’s be more open-minded. 😊🫰”

The actress also reminded her followers that women dress for themselves—to feel confident, comfortable, and good in their own skin—not for male validation.

“AND women do not dress up for men,” she wrote.
“Hindi po lahat tungkol sa inyo.”

Imperial concluded by urging people, especially those in power, to use their influence to uplift others rather than normalize harmful remarks.

“Sana those in power use their voice to uplift people, not to normalize remarks that reduce women to objects,” she said.
