Michelle Dee’s legal team is exploring all legal avenues to ensure social media personality Xian Gaza is held accountable, even if he remains outside the Philippines. Her lawyer, Atty. Maggie Garduque, confirmed they recently filed a supplemental affidavit before the NBI Cybercrime Division in connection with several counts of cyber libel.

During an interview, Garduque outlined the strategy for enforcement once a warrant is issued:
"Isa po is kapag po umuwi siya ng bansa, since there's a warrant of arrest already issued, ah pwede na po siyang maaresto. Ah kung hindi po siya na-serve yung warrant of arrest sa kanya dito sa Pilipinas, pwede pong magpa-issue ng hold departure order sa regional trial court kung saan po nakasampa yung kaso."
She further explained that Gaza would be flagged by authorities the moment he attempts to enter the country:

"Kapag po pumunta na siya ng Pilipinas, sa immigration pa lang po ay maaalarma na meron po siyang kaso at pwede na siyang arestuhin."
Addressing the challenge of Gaza being abroad, Garduque noted that Philippine law enforcement can coordinate with international agencies, drawing a parallel to the high-profile arrest of Alice Guo:
"Ganun din po kung nasa ibang bansa naman siya, our law enforcers po pwede naman siya na ipa-sign sa Interpol po natin. Pwede pong may mga ways naman po kung paano maaresto ang isang tao na wala dito sa Pilipinas, like in the case of Alice Guo before—she was arrested even though she's out of the country."
The lawyer emphasized that they will push for maximum enforcement due to Gaza's history of other pending legal issues:
"Siguro po we will just force our law enforcement agencies para po makagawa ng paraan kung kinakailangan po ng red notice sa Interpol para po—since hindi lang naman po ito ang kanyang kaso at meron pa po siyang ibang mga kaso at may pending warrant of arrest pa po siya—pwede na po nating ipaalarma sa Interpol para po maissuhan siya ng red notice at maaresto siya kahit po wala siya sa Pilipinas."
