The actress teased her followers in the caption, saying, "At dahil diyaaaaan! Scene drop! Damay damay na 'to guys! Kasama ang isa pang mapanakit @jose_liwanag."
Carlo, on the other hand, had a hilarious but relatable reaction to the heavy scene. In his comment, the actor jokingly asked Bela to stop 'breaking the hearts' of other people.
He commented, "Ganyan yaaaaan... Nako, @bela, tumigil ka na," as if he couldn't take any more of the emotional moment and the heartbreak himself. He even asked fellow actor J.C. Santos, who has often worked with Bela as well, "Ilang beses niya tayo gaganituhin?"
