Speaking during an interview in Quezon City on Friday, group leader Jhoanna acknowledged that fan curiosity is understandable given the strong support they have received since their early days.
“'Yung pagiging curious nila, normal naman 'yun. Siyempre supporters namin sila. Ever since, may nakasama kami simula pa lang. Pagiging curious—it is OK,” she said.
She explained that while the group remains open to sharing their aspirations and struggles, they have learned the importance of safeguarding certain parts of their lives.

"Willing naman kami i-share mga dreams namin and struggle. Mga dapat i-share, we will share freely. Pero feeling ko natutunan namin last year na—some things are meant to be private and protected.”
Jhoanna clarified that setting limits is rooted in protection rather than secrecy.
“Hindi lang ito dahil gusto namin [itago]. Gusto namin i-protect. 'Yun din sana maintindihan nila,” she said.
She added that both dedicated fans and casual supporters should remember the members are ordinary people as well.
“Siguro 'di lang Blooms, pati casuals. Human din kami. Paano nila i-treat sarili nila, ganoon din kami. Normal din po kami.”
The group’s soaring popularity was evident during their Valentine’s Day mall event, where fans filled multiple floors of the venue.
Member Maloi expressed gratitude for the opportunity to reconnect with supporters in person.
“Ito na ulit pagkakataon para makasama namin ang Blooms sa mall show ng ganoong setting,” she said.
Despite fatigue from their busy schedule, Stacey shared an optimistic outlook.
“We are doing fine, we are doing great, we are happy. Of course, may pagod pero mas iniisip namin 'yung goal namin.”
During the celebration, the group also previewed their forthcoming track Unang Kilig and its music video, which are scheduled for release on March 5.
BINI is an eight-member Filipino pop group formed under ABS-CBN and Star Music, widely recognized today as one of the country’s leading pop acts. The group rose to prominence through chart-topping tracks such as Pantropiko, Salamin, Salamin, Karera, Lagi, and Huwag Muna Tayong Umuwi, helping introduce P-pop to a broader audience. The ensemble is composed of Jhoanna, Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, and Sheena. Known for infectious music, dynamic stage presence, and relatable charm, the group continues to receive strong support from fans both online and in live events, while also maintaining a candid stance when addressing online criticism.
Earlier, member Mikha visited Panicuason Elementary School in Naga City to spearhead an outreach initiative benefiting around 200 students. The activity featured games, simple interactive sessions, and meaningful bonding moments with the children. With the help of her volunteer team, the event was carefully organized to ensure the students experienced a joyful and memorable day.
Mikha has also been vocal in encouraging aspiring young artists to embrace mistakes as a natural part of growth and self-improvement. As BINI continues promoting confidence, perseverance, and discipline, the group is preparing for the release of BINI Chapter 3 Hanggang Dulo, described as their most personal documentary project to date.
