"The Last Time Theory." This idea has really changed our perspective on parenting our kids. It's the idea that we will never really know when our kids will tell us to carry them, or call us to play with them, or ask us to brush their hair, for the last time. During times when we're so busy, or have a lot on our mind, or are feeling a bit out of sorts, this puts everything into perspective. With our daughters being 10 and 7 now, we do our best to not take any little moment for granted."

Parents often do not realize that these ordinary moments might be happening for the final time.

The Kapamilya star admitted that busy schedules, work demands, and personal concerns can sometimes make parents distracted or tired. However, reflecting on this idea reminded her to slow down and be more present, even during days when energy feels limited.

For Bianca, the message served as a reminder to see value in moments that may otherwise feel repetitive.

The celebrity also shared that her daughters are now 10 and 7 years old, an age when changes become more noticeable at home.
