Sarah admitted that like everyone else, she also faces struggles, and she emphasized that she doesn't feel the need to explain herself to anyone because she doesn't owe anybody an explanation.

In another emotional clip about the full podcast, Sarah also talked about the difficult choices she had to make for her family. She mentioned that there were times she had to say "no" to her career and big opportunities to ensure she was "fully present" for her children.

Now that her kids are older and more independent, she feels it is the "most perfect time to start again."

Her message to those going through similar changes was simple but powerful: "It is never, ever too late to start again."

Sarah believes that being able to find out who you are and what you want to be on your own terms is a beautiful experience.

She encouraged her followers to not be afraid and to just go for it.
