Upon entering the Confession Room, Barbie reflected on how much her life has changed since her original stint in the house.
“Ang dami na po nagbago, Kuya. And s'yempre, sa tingin ko naman po, hindi din po magbabago lahat sa buhay ko kung hindi po dahil sa inyo,” she said.

“I-enjoy n'yo lang, 'tas gusto ko rin kayo i-remind—kasi feeling ko 'yun 'yung number one na ginagawa ko kaya nandito pa rin ako—basically, maging mabait kayo sa lahat ng mga nahahalubilo niyo sa ABS or sa GMA,” she said.
She encouraged them to value kindness and professionalism in the industry.
She further reminded them to cherish their "PBB" journey, noting that the experience could be life-changing. Later, the housemates bonded over a boodle fight featuring her dish. As they ate, Barbie shared another piece of advice.
“‘Yung totoong hamon ng buhay nasa labas ha. So mag-enjoy lang kayo dito sa loob, maging mabait kayo, intindihin n'yo 'yung isa't isa,” she said, reminding them that fame is temporary and financial discipline is important.
