Bela Padilla recently gave fans a peek behind the curtain of her acting process, revealing that even seasoned pros get nervous about certain scripts. Taking to her Instagram stories, the actress reposted a video of a scene where she is seen shouting at her frequent collaborator, JC Santos.

While the scene looks intense on screen, Bela confessed that she wasn't always confident about it.

"This scene was soooooo hard to shoot cause reading it on paper made me cringe," she shared with her followers.

She specifically mentioned her hesitation about a part where she had to raise her voice, especially since she had to shout twice.

"I didn’t know how I was going to pull the shouting part off (twice pa)," she revealed.

However, the "cringe" factor disappeared once her co-star arrived. Bela was quick to praise JC for his professional and supportive attitude on set, which helped her get over her initial nerves.

"But @j.c.santos arrived on set with zero judgement, I knew I was in a safe space," she wrote.

The two have worked together on multiple projects, and that deep bond clearly makes a difference when things get awkward. Bela even joked about how much she trusts him as a partner.

"Honestly—I could read the ABCs with him and we would still take it seriously, so now, I can watch this scene with zero judgement too," she confessed.

Fans of the duo have long admired their chemistry, and this latest post proves that their off-screen friendship is the secret sauce to their on-screen success.
