For weeks, Anjo Yllana has been the talk of the town after he used social media to blast his former Eat Bulaga family. He didn’t hold back, targeting big names like Sen. Tito Sotto, Jose Manalo, Allan K, and Ruby Rodriguez. Anjo went as far as making serious allegations about their personal lives, including a claim about a mistress and calling Jose Manalo a "snake" for allegedly stealing a former partner from him.

When asked how he felt about the drama, Jaime showed a lot of maturity. “Yung tatay ko kasi, at the end of the day, he’s my dad. Sa bahay, tatay ko talaga siya, so nakikita ko talaga yung pinagdadaanan niya,” Jaime explained. He didn't make excuses for his father’s behavior, but he asked for understanding. “Alam ko naman, pasensiya po sa lahat, na may nagagawa siyang mali at naiintindihan ko naman na ganoon talaga.”

Despite the public outrage over Anjo's comments, Jaime is choosing to stick by his dad. He described their bond as more than just father and son. “Honestly, parang magkapatid kami,” he shared. “Ganoon yung relationship namin. Para kaming mag-bestfriend.” However, he admitted that he has tried to give his father some professional advice. “Sinasabi ko lang sa kanya na, ‘Alam mo minsan sa buhay, kailangan i-keep private.’”

Jaime believes that while being in the spotlight is part of their job, some issues should be kept behind closed doors. “Like siyempre, artista tayo or in the spotlight, but some things need to be in private. Hindi naman lahat kailangan sabihin sa media na, ‘Oy ganito ako, ganyan ako,’” he said.

Anjo Yllana is a veteran in the Philippine entertainment industry, known for his comedic timing and long stint as a host on the longest-running variety show in the country. In recent years, however, he has been involved in various disputes with his former show and networks. Jaime, who is just starting his own career as a Viva actor, acknowledges that he wouldn't be where he is today without his father's upbringing.
