Taking to Facebook, Rita decided to address the "vlogger lifestyle" misconception. “Ayoko sana mag post ng ganito dahil alam kong maraming mag co comment, pero sige sasagutin ko yung mga comment ninyo po, bakit hindi ko daw pinapagawa bahay ng parents ko malaki naman kinikita ko ang tagal kona daw sa pag ba blog pero bakita ganito parin yung bahay ng magulang ko bakit daw pinabayaan ko sila kawawa daw sila,” she wrote.

Rita clarified that public perception of an influencer's wealth is often far from the truth. She explained that while they may post photos in beautiful places, it doesn't mean they are swimming in cash. “Unang una sa lahat hindi porket malaki yung mga views ng video namin ay malaki na rin yung kita namin... Hindi porket nakikita ninyo na panay post ako ng magagandang lugar ay masarap na buhay ko kung alam lang ninyo gabi gabi ko iniisip kung paano ko sisimulan ang lahat dahil ako mismo hinang hina nadin ako,” she admitted.

The young mother further explained that she has tried to bring her parents to Manila, but they prefer their life in the province where her siblings are currently studying. She stressed that while she hasn't built a new house yet, she never fails to provide for them. “Mahirap din tumulong lalo't na kapag wala kapang sapat na pera o kakayahan, kaya nga unti unti ko ginagawa... pero yung mga pera na pinapadala ko never ninyo nakita dahil hindi ko pini post yan alam ng parents ko kung gaano ko sila ka mahal,” Rita added.

Rita rose to fame in 2016 after a photo of her at the Pahiyas Festival went viral, eventually leading to a stint on "Pinoy Big Brother." Since then, she has transitioned into full-time content creation. Despite the fame, she says her main goal remains the same: providing a stable future for her child so they won't have to experience the hardships she once faced.
