However, the Kapuso actress assured fans that while her wedding will be intimate, it will not be a secret.
In a report by Nelson Canlas on “24 Oras” aired Tuesday, Carla explained that she plans to share her happiness with the public when the right time comes.
The actress emphasized how important it is for her supporters to see and feel her joy.

“Gusto ko makita nila 'yung happiness talaga, ma-share ko 'yung happiness na 'yun,” says Abellana.
She added that keeping everything bottled up would be difficult, especially during such an overwhelming and joyful moment in her life.
“We'll share naman definitely everything kasi ang hirap ng overwhelmed ka, overjoyed ka tas hindi mo mailabas 'di ba?” she says.
Carla confirmed her engagement earlier this year through a subtle social media post.
The photo showed her hand being held by another person, with a ring clearly visible on her fourth finger.
While the post sparked excitement and curiosity among fans, the actress chose not to reveal further details about her partner.
The engagement marks a new chapter for Carla, who was previously married to actor Tom Rodriguez.
The two separated just months after their wedding. Rodriguez later filed for divorce in the United States, and the Philippine courts recognized the decree, officially allowing Carla to remarry.
Despite personal milestones, Carla remains busy with her acting career.
