Zeinab usually ignores bashers, but this time the volume of tags pushed her to respond. She posted a calm video explanation, showing her face up close and asking viewers if anything still looked off.

Everything started days before her birthday party. She had back-to-back endorsement shoots and a TV commercial where she needed to smile nonstop for hours. Facial muscles got overworked and inflamed, making it hard for her to swallow or even speak properly.

Feeling really unwell, she visited a doctor right away, who prescribed medicine from Japan. Unfortunately, the next day brought worse swelling in her chin and lips because she had an allergy to that medicine.

Despite the discomfort, Zeinab pushed through with her planned celebration since payments and arrangements were already settled. She made it clear that no cosmetic procedures happened at all.

Zeinab added that she has nothing against people who choose fillers or enhancements, but that simply was not her case. Situation just coincided badly with her big day.

This incident shows how quick online judgments can spread, especially for public figures like Zeinab who share their lives openly. She now looks back to normal and continues posting as usual.

The famous vlogger also has an adopted son named Lucas. Zeinab is married to Bobby Ray Parks, Jr., often referred to in the media as Ray Parks, a Pinoy-American professional basketball player.

Zeinab shared that the wedding venue took five months to build, and because of this, they decided to hire the best suppliers. Zeinab did not mention which of their godfathers was responsible for the grand wedding, but she emphasized that they did it out of respect and gratitude.
