“Lahat ng bagay na nakikita n'yo is parang after the fact na nung mga nangyayari sa akin,” says Contis.
He explained that he rarely shared the full process behind major events in his life.
Contis emphasized that he never claimed to be free from wrongdoing.
“Never kong sinabi na wala ako mali ah, ang dami kong mali!” says the Kapuso actor.
He noted that mistakes are part of navigating relationships, and he acknowledged that he has made many of them.
The actor also pointed out that recognizing errors does not automatically make them right.
“Puwedeng nadya-justify ko ang mali ko, pero it doesn't mean I'm right,” says Contis.
He stressed that accepting one's shortcomings is essential in moving forward.
For him, personal growth takes time.
“And it's a continuous process 'yung pagiging okay,” says Contis.
He admitted he is well aware of his faults and is committed to improving himself.
