Young actress Jillian Ward turned heads at "The New Nocturnals Ball" in Makati with her striking “killer bride” ensemble, but it was her unsettling real-life experience that drew more attention during her interview with the Philippine Star.

When asked about her most frightening ghost encounter, the Kapuso star shared an incident that happened recently while shooting her upcoming horror film "Gabi ng Lagim."

According to Jillian, the spooky moment took place inside a church—an already mysterious setting for a horror production.

She recalled feeling an unexplained chill that no one else seemed to notice.

“Wala naman pero recently, nung nagsho-shoot po ako for my recent film 'Gabi ng Lagim' we were shooting at the church, tapos sobrang nilalamig ako. Tapos ako lang pala 'yung nilalamig sa aming lahat,” she narrated.

The actress admitted that she couldn’t tell whether it was simply nerves or something supernatural creeping in.

“So I don't know kung kaba lang ba yun, or it's something else. Wala pa naman and sana walang mangyari,” she added.

While she maintained her composure during the interview, Jillian’s story naturally sparked intrigue among fans, especially given that horror films often come with eerie behind-the-scenes tales.

For now, she’s choosing to stay calm and hopes the unexpected chill remains nothing more than an isolated moment of fear on set.

Despite the spooky experience, Jillian continues to embrace her role and the genre with enthusiasm—proving that even real-life scares won't stop her from taking on thrilling projects.
