Choreographer Mel Feliciano bids farewell and seeks forgiveness from late ex-wife Anna

Choreographer Mel Feliciano poured out his emotions online as he bid farewell to his former wife, Anna, who was also a respected dancer and choreographer.

In a heartfelt Facebook post on Wednesday, Feliciano wrote, “Paalam Anna,” marking his final goodbye.

He reflected on the lessons he learned after their separation, particularly in becoming a devoted father to their son, Rupert.

“Salamat sa pag alaga kay Rupert,” he expressed, before humbly asking forgiveness for how their relationship ended.

“Tama man o mali ang paghhiwalay natin, patawad,” he added.

Mel also shared that he chose not to post anything earlier, wanting to give space for Anna’s moment.

“Ang lahat ng ito ay plano ni Lord mula unang araw hanggang last day. Nando’n ako, di ako nagpost ng kahit ano. Gusto ko MOMENT MO YON,” he wrote.
The choreographer went on to thank the dancers who organized a special dance tribute for Anna, saying, “Mula sa pamilya ko at sa pamilya mo, lubos akong nakikiramay. We’ll pray for your soul.”

Anna passed away on October 23 at the age of 65, reportedly due to a heart attack, as per GMA's report.

Their son, Rupert, also shared his father’s message on social media, expressing appreciation for Mel’s presence during the wake.

“My family appreciate you so much. I love you, Dad,” Rupert wrote.

Aside from her performances, Anna was known for her contributions as a choreographer in several variety shows throughout her career.

Anna Feliciano was a respected Filipino dancer and choreographer who made her mark in the local entertainment industry through her work in various television variety shows. Known for her creativity, precision, and passion for dance, she trained and mentored many performers throughout her career, helping shape the choreography scene in the country. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Anna was admired for her dedication to her family, particularly to her son Rupert, and for her collaborative spirit within the dance community. Her artistry and influence continue to be remembered by colleagues and students who regarded her as both a talented choreographer and a nurturing mentor.

In other news, a 39-year-old OFW was stabbed multiple times with a screwdriver in Rodriguez, Rizal. The attacker, identified as a 24-year-old man named “Patrick,” was caught immediately after the assault. Witnesses helped subdue the suspect and secured the weapon used in the attack. The victim remains confined at East Avenue Medical Center as police file frustrated murder charges.

Still in other news, a soldier, his pregnant wife, and their 13-year-old child were killed in a collision between their motorcycle and a dump truck in Pantukan, Davao de Oro. The accident occurred when the dump truck allegedly attempted a sudden, illegal overtaking maneuver in the opposite lane. All three victims were declared dead upon arrival at the hospital due to the severity of the impact injuries. The truck driver is now in police custody and faces charges of Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Multiple Hom1cide.
