Rita Daniela has spoken out following the conviction of Archie Alemania for acts of lasciviousness, stressing that the legal victory is a shared triumph for all victims of abuse and harassment.

Archie was recently found guilty in connection with the complaint filed by Rita in October 2024, stemming from an incident of non-consensual touching and kissing that occurred in his car after a work gathering. The court sentenced the actor to imprisonment and ordered him to pay damages.

Following the court's decision, Rita took to social media to share an emotional statement, broadening the meaning of her personal fight for justice.

"The justice I received is not just for me," she wrote. "This is also for all the women and men who were abused, harassed, and molested that didn't have the voice and platform to fight for their own rights."
