The Queen of All Media called out the "sick post" that falsely claimed she had collapsed after a family gathering, complete with a morbid, AI-generated photo intended to mislead the public about her critical health status.
“Friends have been sharing with me probably the 80th bad taste ‘wishing KRIS dead post’ BUT FROM THE PERSON in that sick post YOU ARE A LIAR!” an exasperated Kris wrote.
She specifically refuted the fabricated scenario, clarifying that the accompanying image was not of her "fighting for my life," but a photo taken very recently as she was simply enjoying a James Patterson book on her iPad.
This direct and human response cuts through the noise of online falsehoods, reminding readers that behind the public figure is a person dealing with a serious medical battle.
The actress, who is currently undergoing treatment for multiple autoimmune diseases, including a new round of Rituxan infusion, provided context on the severity of her situation to expose the malicious intent of the hoax.
She revealed the harrowing discussions with her medical team about the potentially fatal risks of the treatment.
“I’ve questioned what it would be like IF my situation got worse after an infusion and my doctors came to my hospital room... that this was now proving to be so wrong for my body and proving to help the harmful and deadly autoimmune disease cells near my lungs and heart at a very alarming rate and within 3 days I could have a stroke, a heart attack, a ballooning in the wall of the blood vessel or cardiac arrest,” she disclosed.
Despite this terrifying reality, she reserved her fiercest words for the originator of the "idiotic post," whom she labeled an "a**hole."
She clarified that her current lifestyle of severe isolation is a necessary precaution to manage her dangerously low immunity, not a precursor to imminent death as the hoax suggested.
Kris specified that her only close contacts are her sons, Kuya Josh and Bimby, who must follow stringent protocols—including isolation from the outside world, showering, and passing a comprehensive 5-in-1 test for common respiratory illnesses like COVID, RSV, and the Flu—before interacting with her.

Far from complaining, Kris stated that the imposed isolation has given her the chance to indulge in reading, a welcome respite from the daily fight.
She then outlined the serious medical history that made the Rituxan treatment so risky—four of her autoimmune issues affect her lungs, and six affect her heart.
She noted that a team of seven doctors was involved in the infusion process and that her body had an unusual reaction to the required steroid during the test dose.
“My doctors... kept asking me if i was sure because while doing my test dose, my body reacted weird to the steroid I needed to take with RITUXAN,” she shared, adding that she was only able to proceed after receiving the green light from both her pulmonologist and cardiologist.
Ending on a note of cautious optimism, Kris shared a glimmer of hope: "I’m not yet in full remission but the red flares that felt like my face was BURNING and my all night dry cough have lessened. Let’s keep praying. God is listening."
Her post serves as a powerful call for prayers, a rebuke of malicious rumors, and a brave affirmation of her ongoing fight.
