Chariz Solomon, a seasoned mother, focused her advice on tackling the overwhelming guilt that often plagues new mothers. "Ako talaga ito ha," Chariz began candidly to Valeen. "Laging may mangyayari na kahit hindi mo kasalanan, feeling mo kasalanan mo. It will always feel that way."

She went on to expand on the inescapable feeling of maternal responsibility and self-blame. "Feeling mo lahat kasalanan mo…Actually nabanggit ko na ito sa kaniya, there will always be things na hindi mo talaga mako-kontrol, and hindi mo kasalanan ‘yon."

Chariz emphasized the need for a mother to surrender control and trust in the process of a child's growth, even if it involves inevitable stumbles. She encouraged Valeen to rely on her faith and accept that not every moment will be perfect.

"You have to lift it all up to God and 'yung lahat ng mangyayari, kailangan mangyari kasi he will grow, and kailangan matutunan niya," the Bubble Gang star advised. "Kailangan mauntog paminsan, madapa paminsan. Ang importante, andiyan ka palagi para sa kaniya. That's all that matters. And enjoy it."

Lovely Abella, who also has children, wholeheartedly endorsed Chariz's counsel. With a playful gesture, she chimed in, "Ako naman, I second the motion!"

Lovely added her own beautiful perspective, focusing on the unexpected learning experience a child brings to a parent. She noted that the baby will not just be receiving care, but will also be the greatest teacher.

"Kasi ang dami talaga Ga eh minsan na may matututunan ka sa kaniya," Lovely said, using their affectionate nickname for one another. "'Yung feeling na parang hindi mo kaya, nakakaya mo dahil sa kaniya, so siya ang magtuturo sa'yo maging isang ina."

Valeen Montenegro, who is expecting her first child, was clearly touched by the sincere words of her best friends. She expressed deep gratitude for having them by her side as she navigates this entirely new chapter of her life.

"Sinabayan nila ako sa trip ko," Valeen shared, acknowledging how both Chariz and Lovely have been supportive throughout her pregnancy, even maintaining their energetic routines. "Workout tayo, high energy tayo, ganito ‘yung gagawin natin as moms. And hindi pa rin nawala ‘yun."

Her voice filled with emotion, she added, "So talagang I really cherish them both as friends. I’m so blessed to have them as friends. Kaya hindi rin ako natatakot entering this other chapter of my life kasi I know they are there."
