Actress Cristine Reyes and her rumored boyfriend, Gio Tingson, made a rare public appearance together at the book launch of Coach Pia Acevedo’s “Moment To Moment” held at Shangri-La The Fort in Taguig City.

The 36-year-old actress was all smiles throughout the event, while Tingson affectionately held her hand — a gesture that did not go unnoticed by attendees.

In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Reyes was asked about her current love life and cheerfully responded, “Very, very happy. Super happy.”

She added, “It’s different. You know when you’re with the right person,” further fueling speculations about her romance with Tingson.

Tingson, who patiently waited nearby as Reyes spoke to the media, has an accomplished background in both public service and business.

He has led Grab’s public affairs and government relations since 2004 and previously served as chairperson of the National Youth Commission (NYC) from 2014 to 2016.

He also became the chair of the Akbayan Citizens’ Action Party from 2018 to 2022 and worked as Senator Bam Aquino’s chief political officer.

An Ateneo de Manila University graduate, Tingson holds a degree in AB Philosophy with a minor in Development Management and a Doctor of Law. Beyond his professional achievements, he enjoys creative pursuits like mural painting and handcrafted soap making.

Reyes and Tingson first drew public attention after posting affectionate photos together from Vietnam, which quickly went viral and sparked curiosity among fans about their budding relationship.

Cristine Reyes is a prominent Filipino actress known for her versatility and success in Philippine cinema. Throughout her career, Cristine has received multiple accolades and awards. In her personal life, she was previously married to Ali Khatibi. They have a daughter named Amarah, born on February 8, 2015. Eventually, she confirmed their separation, and in 2024, she revealed that their marriage had been annulled for over a year. She was previously in a relationship with actor Marco Gumabao.
