Speaking to Kapuso Showbiz News, the Unkabogable Star revealed that her appearance on the special episodes—set to air on October 19 and 26—is a long-time aspiration finally being fulfilled, a personal goal she had actively "manifested."
" Super happy. Talagang inaano… mina-manifest ko ‘to noon pa. Dream kong makapag-‘Bubble Gang.’ So at last nandito na ‘ko. Excited ako kagabi pa lang siyempre kasama ko si Bitoy,” ayon sa host ng “It’s Showtime," Vice Ganda shared, referring to Michael V. by his popular nickname.
Michael V., in turn, acknowledged the sentiment, confirming that he had heard Vice Ganda’s public statements about wanting to appear on Bubble Gang in the past.
He expressed his own delight that the collaboration was finally materializing, calling the It's Showtime host’s presence a heartwarming moment for the show’s three-decade legacy.
For Vice Ganda, the gravity of guesting on the revered gag show extends beyond a mere network crossover; she views it as a significant validation for any professional comedian.
" Saka yung sinasabi ko nga, kapag komedyante ka, magkokompleto ng pagiging komedyante mo kapag nakapag-‘Bubble Gang’ ka," she declared.
She explained that the program holds a major impact on the landscape of Filipino comedy because of its diverse content. " Malaki ang impact ng Bubble Gang sa comedy kasi iba’t ibang uri ng comedy yung pinapakita dito. So maraming matututo na komedyante sa pamamaraan ng pagpapatawa, so lahat ‘yon makikita sa Bubble Gang."
