Former Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach once again shined on the international stage as she walked the runway at Paris Fashion Week on Monday, September 29. The fashion show, organized by beauty brand L’Oréal Paris, was held at the prestigious Hôtel de Ville.

Sharing her excitement, Pia posted on Instagram: "Back on the Le Défilé runway with @lorealparis and it feels so empowering! ✨"

She expressed how meaningful the experience was, particularly in representing her country.

"To walk alongside women from all over the world and carry the 🇵🇭 with me? That’s the real honor. The theme 'Liberty, Equality, Sisterhood' says it best. When we walk together, we walk stronger," she wrote.

Pia also sent a powerful message to her fellow Filipinas.

"Always proud to remind every Filipina: we are seen, we are celebrated, and yes…we are ALWAYS worth it. ❤️"*

According to L’Oréal, this year’s runway show reimagined the French motto with the theme “Liberté. Egalité. Sororité”—a celebration of sisterhood, solidarity, and self-belief.

Joining Pia on the runway were Kendall Jenner, Helen Mirren, Eva Longoria, Cindy Bruna, Ariana Greenblatt, Gillian Anderson, and Andie MacDowell, among others.

This marks Pia’s second consecutive year walking in the L’Oréal Paris fashion show during Paris Fashion Week, further cementing her presence in the global fashion scene.

Pia Wurtzbach is a Filipina actress, model, and beauty queen best known for being crowned Miss Universe 2015. Representing the Philippines, she won the prestigious international title after a dramatic coronation moment where the host mistakenly announced the wrong winner before correcting it. Meanwhile, in 2024, Pia Wurtzbach's sister, Sarah Wurtzbach, came forward to defend her sister. On an Instagram comment section, Sarah said it breaks her heart to see such "negativity." She then mentioned how the people who cheered for her sister once are the same people who are trying to bring her down now. By the end of her message, Sarah mentioned to spread positivity.
