She also clarified a previous answer in the rapid-fire round, confirming that her current date is not an AFAM (a derogatory term for a foreigner).

She explained that the question was "random," emphasizing that the man she is currently seeing is a Filipino.

Carla described her new chapter as a "soft launch," referencing two recent social media posts—one featuring a candlelit dinner where an unseen person's hand was holding a menu, and another hinting at a romantic date.

"Pero matagal ko na po ‘yan siyang kilala.," she confirmed. " So, na-mention ko naman po that I've been open to dating and I have been dating. So, ini-enjoy ko lang siya dito po."

The actress also shared a personal update regarding her perspective on life and relationships after her divorce from fellow actor Tom Rodriguez.

The actress expressed a renewed openness to the idea of remarriage, stating, "Ayoko na pong maging close ‘yung aking pag-iisip na gano'n. Of course, I want to be open naman po into, you know, open to enjoying myself and falling in love or being in a relationship."

She added a message of hope and patience: "Whatever is meant for you will come to you and huwag masyado pong isipin or mag-worry about the future. It takes time pero just keep going."

Crucially, Carla confirmed that she has forgiven her ex-husband, a sign that she has made substantial progress in her healing journey.

However, she was firm when asked if they could ever be friends, answering, "Not at the moment. Not now."

She acknowledged that her healing was not simply a matter of time but involved significant effort and hard work.
