Korina Sanchez-Roxas sparked online buzz after posting a short TikTok video featuring Senator Rodante Marcoleta.
In the clip, Korina asked, Tanong kay Ginoong Senador Marcoleta, safe na ba talaga si Jinggoy?
The senator, who once chaired the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee, answered, "Palagay ko ang pinaka-safe na sagot diyan, ay abangan ang susunod na kabanata."

Though she did not specify which Jinggoy she referred to, netizens believed it was Senator Jinggoy Estrada.
His name had been dragged into allegations of kickbacks involving officials and flood control projects.
Back on September 8, Estrada confronted contractor Curlee Discaya during a Senate hearing, asking if any senators were involved in the alleged scheme.
Curlee replied, "Your honor, wala po." Marcoleta then quipped to Estrada, "Oh safe ka na."
Irritated, Estrada shot back, "You know I resent that statement Mr. Chair." Marcoleta insisted it was just a joke.
Estrada again faced questions during the Senate’s September 18 hearing.
He grilled Mina Jose of WJ Construction, who denied knowing him or having any dealings linked to Brice Hernandez.
Marcoleta once again teased Estrada after Jose’s denial, repeating, "So talagang safe ka na."
The exchange fueled more discussions among the public, especially since it touched on sensitive corruption allegations tied to flood control funds.
