Julia Barretto, a famous Filipina actress, has recently opened up about the reason she enjoys showering her mother, Marjorie Barretto, with love and big surprises that has since earned praise.

According to a report by ABS-CBN News, during the Maya Black launch event, the 28-year-old actress was asked about the grand gift. It can be recalled that Marjorie proudly showcased on Instagram the brand-new minivan Julia had given her — an act of generosity and love that also caught the attention of Inquirer, which featured the story on their official page and website.

This wasn't the first time the mother-and-daughter duo made headlines for their touching relationship. Back in March, GMA Network even reported how Marjorie publicly thanked Julia for the love and care she has consistently shown, during her daughter's own birthday this year.

Now, at the recent event, Julia candidly explained that she feels whatever she gives her mom will never measure up to the sacrifices Marjorie has made throughout her life for the rest of her kids.

"I love my mom more than anything in this world, and hindi pa nga yun enough sa mga ginawa niya para sa amin. But anything to make it easier for her and to make her happy. But obviously, it's not about me. I think it's just something that she deserves to celebrate. All credit to her. Siya naman ang naghirap eh. Sa ilang taon na rin. So she deserves it," Julia told the press at the launch.

Aside from expressing her deep appreciation for her mother, Julia also reflected on her life too.

"I think it does change through the years, especially kapag like for example, I'm nearing my 30s. Though I'm not yet in my 30s, pero feeling ko nagbabago yan. Mas na-e-enjoy mo yung mas tahimik, yung mas konti, yung mas intímate, yung mas nagkakarinigan kayo. There are days when you just want to dance and listen to music and there are days when you just want to unwind quietly," she shared, with her honesty being praised on several social media platforms as well.
