Marjorie Barretto, a well-known celebrity mom, is overflowing with pride and happiness after witnessing her only son, Leon Barretto, reach a major milestone — his college graduation this year.

On Sunday, August 17, Marjorie took to her official Instagram account to share heartfelt videos and photos from Leon's special day. Wearing a black toga with a red sash, Leon looked dashing as he walked down the aisle, even taking a moment to greet his proud mother along the way as well.

In her post, Marjorie highlighted how significant Leon's achievement was for her as a parent.

"My only son graduates college. As his mother, it was always important to me that he finish his studies — because I know that as a man, it means carrying the responsibility of being strong, capable, and one day, a good provider for his own family," she wrote in her now-viral online post.

The actress further praised her son's determination and hard work throughout his academic journey. "Leon, you honored our wishes. I watched you study so hard, sometimes too hard that I had to remind you to rest. Yesterday, all your sacrifices shine through — you made us so proud. Your sisters are just as proud of you, cheering you on every step of the way," she had written.

What moved many netizens even more was Marjorie's revelation about her daughter, Julia Barretto, who went above and beyond for her younger brother. "A very special thank you to Julia — you didn’t have to, but you lovingly took it upon yourself to help put Leon through school. Seeing you beam with pride in his graduation was a beautiful reminder of family and love," she wrote.
