Professional wrestler Hulk Hogan, whose real name was Terry Gene Bollea, died of a heart attack, according to authorities in Florida. A report from the medical examiner’s office in Pinellas County listed his official cause of death as acute myocardial infarction, which is another term for a heart attack.

Hogan also had a history of health problems, including an irregular heartbeat and blood cancer. These conditions were listed as contributing factors to his passing. His death was officially ruled as natural by the medical examiner’s office.

The report also stated that no autopsy or physical examination was done. Instead, his death was certified by his own doctor.

It can be recalled that WWE legend Hulk Hogan passed away at the age of 71.

The news was confirmed on his official Facebook account, which also asked for privacy as his family and friends grieve.

Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, was one of the pillars of WWE alongside other big names like The Undertaker, The Rock, and John Cena.

WWE also expressed their condolences, saying, "WWE is saddened to learn legendary WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan has passed away... WWE extends its condolences to Hogan’s family, friends, and fans."
