The 13-minute video featured a raw and emotional Yen, who didn't hold back in reflecting.

When asked about how she feels now that the relationship has ended, Yen candidly shared, "Napakalaking blessing na natapos na yun. Malaking blessing na nagising na ako dun sa nightmare na yun and I walked away kasi hindi talaga worth it. It wasn't worth wasting my time, my energy, sa someone na kino-control ka and mina-manipulate ka. That kind of life drains you."

She went on to reveal that the person she initially met turned out to be very different from who he truly was. The person I met in the beginning? That wasn't really him. The one I saw in the end? Yun talaga siya," the actress confessed.

Looking back on the impact of that chapter in her life, Yen admitted the experience was eye-opening and painful — not just for her, but for others as well. "May mga taong nasaktan dun sa maling choices mo and it was wrong. Para sakin, yung ganung klaseng tao? Matatauhan ka talaga kapag ganun ka tina-trato," Yen answered, deep in thought as she reflected on the matter.
