Fitness vlogger Rendon Labador expressed his disappointment over his removal as a fitness coach from the Philippine National Police’s (PNP) weight reduction program.

Labador had been tapped to assist police personnel in improving their physical health as part of the initiative.

In a statement, Labador said he respects the PNP’s decision and holds no ill feelings toward the organization.

“Hindi po ako nagtatanim ng sama ng loob kasi nirerespeto ko po ang PNP, ang ating mga kapulisan. Tinatanggap ko po 'yung desisyon na tanggalin ako,” he shared.

The social media personality, known for his outspoken views on health and discipline, said the news of his removal affected him deeply.

“Nalungkot talaga ako,” Labador admitted.

Despite being let go, Labador emphasized his willingness to continue supporting the PNP’s fitness goals should they choose to work with him again in the future.

“Bukas pa rin akong tumulong kung sakaling kausapin muli ako ng PNP,” he added.

Labador had gained attention online for promoting a strict, no-excuses approach to fitness and personal development.

His inclusion in the PNP’s program was initially met with mixed reactions but sparked wider conversations about health and fitness within the force.

The PNP has not issued a detailed explanation for Labador’s removal.

Rendon pointed out that Rosmar has already helped more people even without running for public office.
