The remarks came after Romualdez appeared in an interview on TicTalk, prompting social media users to call on Tina to reconcile with her mother.

One user commented, "Pls forgive your mom. Love her. Cos she's not getting any younger."
Tina responded candidly, saying, "It's so easy to say forgive, I've forgiven her that's why I didn't talk. But you don't know the whole story."

While many online were quick to suggest that forgiveness should come unconditionally, Tina defended her stance and explained why she has chosen to remain silent until now.

“Ang dali nyo lang sabihin na forgiveness has no condition, I know that, wala kayo sa position ko kaya di nyo po alam ang pinagdaanan ko,” she replied to another netizen.

Tina emphasized that while forgiveness may seem simple from the outside, those not directly involved cannot fully grasp the personal struggles and emotional weight behind such decisions.

Her comments shed light on the complexities of family dynamics, especially when they play out in the public eye.

Despite expressing that she has already forgiven her mother, Tina made it clear that healing and reconciliation are deeply personal journeys that cannot be rushed or dictated by outside voices.
