Xian Gaza has finally opened up about why he ended up being known as the "Pambansang Marites."

In a sit-down interview with fellow content creator Agassi Ching, Gaza shared the real reason behind his shift into being a source of trending showbiz updates.

He recalled that it all started back in November 2021 when actress Angeli Khang allegedly spread what he called "fake news" about him.

According to Gaza, the false claim was that he was not financially supporting his two children.

To his defense, Xian said he explained his side about the issue and even showed official statement to prove Khang wrong.

Sadly, nobody believed him.

Xian said he was consistent in sending his child financial support without missing a single month.

"So hindi ko matanggap na dahil sa isang fake news na pinaniwalaan ng tao na hindi ako nagsusustento. Na kahit nilabas ko na 'yung side ko. Naglabas ako ng official statement, ang pinapaniwalaan pa rin nila si Angeli Khang. Dahil si Angeli Khang ay isang kilala at sikat," Gaza said.

"'Dun ko na-realize sa mundo pala ng social media, kaya ka palang lamunin nito ng kasinungalingan, ng paninira, ng fake news. Kapag 'yung nagsabi ng fake news na 'yon ay kilala. At kapag 'yung fake news na sinabi niya ay pinaniwalaan ng libo-libo o milyon-milyong tao, 'yung kasinungalingan ay magiging katotohanan," he added.
