Janice de Belen is among the lucky fans who had special moments with Song Joong-ki during the latter’s fan meeting event at the Mall of Asia Arena on Saturday night, May 24.

The actress received hugs from Joong-ki, a poster, and a flower bouquet personally arranged by the South Korean actor after she was selected from the crowd and invited on stage to interact with the K-drama idol.

Janice later took to Instagram to share the kilig moments she had with the “Descendants of the Sun” and “Vincenzo” star.

“OMG!!!! Tonight was a super, super amazing night!!! I really did not expect to be on the same stage as my crush!!! May bonus pang flowers at madaming yakap!!! He is my ultimate fave Korean actor!!!” Janice’s caption written in all caps reads.

She later shared how she started to love the K-drama superstar.

“He holds a special place in my heart (naks), but seriously, ‘Descendants of the Sun’ was what i started watching when our mom passed away...it helped me so much to recover from the sadness and the pain. After nun, mahal ko na sya,” the Filipina celebrity narrated.

“So tonight was monumental for me!!! Buti na lang hindi ako naiyak or hinimatay,” she continued, fangirling over Joong-ki.

Janice went on to express gratitude to some individuals, including entertainment reporter and talent manager Ogie Diaz.

“Thank you mare! @ogie_diaz for taking me to this tonight! Alam ko wild yung jetlag mo!!!

Janice concluded her post by thanking her favorite Korean actor.

Song Joong-ki is a very prominent South Korean actor. Following the global success of television series "Descendants of the Sun", he became one of the most instantly recognizable and influential Korean actors to this date.

In a previous report by KAMI, Song Joong-ki and his wife, Katy Louise Saunders, have recently welcomed their second baby. The British actress gave birth to a healthy baby girl, the South Korean actor announced. According to Joong-ki's fan cafe, both his wife and their newborn child are doing well and resting.
