One of the initial photos in the series featured what appeared to be a restaurant table reservation.

Bettina revealed that this was taken during lunch time, "Saturday, May 10: Pre-Mother's Day lunch surprise. I only had 2 slices of this steak. Sitting upright became impossible already at this point."

The next few snapshots online showed her and her husband, Mikki Eduardo, at the hospital.

Bettina then recounted the events leading up to their emergency room visit at the Medical City: "9:30 PM, Medical City ER: 1.5 hours after taking Arcoxia and Norgesic that didn’t relieve the headache. I was given Tramadol via IV then sent home to continue with oral meds."

The details she shared painted a vivid picture of how suddenly her health had taken a turn.

However the story took a more uplifting turn toward the end of the post, as the photos progressed.

One poignant moment in her Instagram gallery she shared eventually struck a chord with many: "I cried a lot this day... when I realized I was eating almost sitting up and there was no pain. When I prayed for strength to sit up just to do payroll but God gave me hours of zero pain. That I got to walk and have a date with my panganay to eat her favorite food. THIS DAY WAS A MIRACLE."

Bettina's faith and gratitude were palpable throughout her post, resonating with followers who appreciate her transparency in sharing not just the highs but the lows of her personal life.

The post garnered heartfelt reactions from fans and fellow celebrities, many who praised her.
