Iya Villania, Kapuso host and actress, recently captured the hearts of netizens after offering kind and thoughtful advice to a follower who opened up about the struggles of trying to conceive.
In a lighthearted 'Ask Me Anything' Q&A session on her Instagram account, Iya invited her fans to send her some questions — ranging from parenting tips to fitness and everything in between.

However, one particular question from a netizen on the known photo-sharing app stood out for its vulnerability as well: "Ano pong mabigay mong advice sa mga hirap mag-buntis like me?"
Iya responded with compassion, reminding them that self-worth is not defined by motherhood.

"To not pressure yourself and to remember that having babies doesn't define who you are."
She then encouraged her follower — and others who may be going through similar struggles — to embrace their current journey with peace: "Enjoy the chapter you're in and find peace in God's will and perfect timing. That even in the season of waiting, you are being used, changed, and molded, and your heart is being prepared for something beautiful... whatever that may be for you."
The mother of five, known for sharing glimpses of her family life with Drew Arellano, continues to be a source of encouragement and strength for many women with parenting and fitness.
Earlier this year, around February, Iya made headlines when she talked about her birth story.
"I experienced prodromal labor 2-3 times through the week and I'm not sure if my anticipation for labor and delivery was contributing to it. I guess no mom can ever be a pro in pregnancy," she said.
