The Kapuso star emotionally shared how the incident deeply affected her, saying it left her in tears for the entire day.

“First untog niya. Ang lala nung nangyari... buong araw ako umiiyak. Pina X-ray na namin,” Yasmien wrote, revealing the gravity of the situation and the immediate steps they took to ensure Raya’s safety.

As any concerned parent would, she was quick to act, having her daughter checked right away.

Despite the scary experience, Yasmien observed that Baby Raya remained cheerful and energetic.

“Pero kahit nauntog siya, tawa pa din ng tawa at magulo pa din... pero kinakabahan ako sa pagsusuka na part,” she added, referring to one of the warning signs doctors usually monitor after a head injury.

Thankfully, the actress later gave a reassuring update.

“Wala na suka TYL... 2 hrs nalang patapos na yung 24h observation period...” expressing her relief as the critical observation window was nearing its end with no concerning symptoms.
