Another friend of actress Kyline Alcantara has stepped forward to defend her amid ongoing online controversy, this time through a strongly worded social media post.

Trisha Villanueva, a gaming video creator, directed her statements at basketball player Kobe Paras and referenced a video previously shared by his mother, Jackie Forster.

Trisha questioned the narrative being pushed against Kyline, calling out inconsistencies in the portrayal of events.

"People only get mad and defensive about certain topics when they know they're guilty," she wrote, hinting that the backlash Kyline is facing may be misdirected.

She also addressed a particular moment in the viral video that she believes has been overlooked.

“Where was the part na Kobe was also aggressively telling Kai na, ‘Are you cheating on me? You're disgusting?’” she asked, challenging the one-sided depiction of the confrontation.

According to Trisha, Kyline had merely been talking to someone Kobe had known since childhood, implying that the accusations being hurled at her were unfounded.

She further remarked, “Takot sa sariling multo? The art of projection? Is this what it is?” suggesting that the criticism of Kyline might be more about the accuser’s own unresolved issues.

Trisha concluded by defending Kyline’s emotional state, pointing out her concern for Kobe despite being at her own breaking point.

“Where was the part where Kyline was already at her breaking point but still manages to care about how Kobe was doing?” she asked, emphasizing Kyline’s empathy even in the midst of personal distress.
