In a report by GMA 7's 'Chika Minute' on '24 Oras,' it was revealed that Alden had been sharing this dream of his since 2012.
They even showed an old video where the 'Kapuso' actor toured the Philippine Air Force Aerospace Museum.
It turns out that becoming a pilot has always been Alden’s childhood dream.

He also said if he hadn't been an artist, he would pursue becoming a pilot.
Although he became one of the most successful artists of GMA Network, Alden said his dream of becoming a pilot someday has never been erased from his heart's desire.
In an old footage, Richards said if given a chance, he would really take up flying lessons to finally fulfill his dreams.
In one of his Instagram stories, he posted a photo of him while inside what seemed to be a plane's cockpit for a flight simulation.
To become a pilot in the Philippines, you must first finish at least two years of college. After that, you need to enroll in an accredited flight school. Before you can start flying, you have to pass a medical exam and get a Student Pilot License. Then, you will complete ground school and flight training, followed by getting your Private Pilot License. After gaining more flying hours and passing more tests, you can then apply for a Commercial Pilot License.
