In an exclusive interview with TV 5, Dr. Kenneth Hizon shared that while it was fun to find out, he felt overwhelmed by the sudden attention his name received.
Kathryn previously revealed that her first crush was back in grade 2, and the boy's name was "Kenneth."
After the big revelation aired on national television, fans quickly flooded the internet to search for him.

According to Dr. Hizon, he was on duty when he first learned about it. He discovered it when a friend of his started tagging him on Kathryn's video in PGT.
Also, he added that he and Kath were classmates since nursery in Christian Faith Montessori, but they both transferred. He also said that he wasn't sure if they were classmates until grade 1 or grade 2.
Dr. Hizon also said that, at first, he wasn't sure if it was really him whom Kathryn was referring to since he wasn't sure if he was the only Kenneth at school.
But for the record, he wasn't claiming that it was him, but said there's a high chance that it was him.
He also shared that since then, Kathryn has always been that jolly kid. Dr. Hizon also said that Kath was bright and beautiful.
At the latter part of the interview, Kenneth also confessed that Kathryn was also his first crush.
