Ai-Ai Delas Alas, an actress-comedian, opened up to BB Gandanghari about her personal life, discussing her qualities as a wife and her ongoing recovery journey after her marriage split.
In a candid interview released on March 27 on YouTube, Ai-Ai and BB talked about the former's life, as well as her controversial split from Gerald Sibayan, which she finally confirmed in 2024.

During the conversation, Ai-Ai described herself as a devoted and nurturing partner, emphasizing her dedication to caring for her spouse through cooking, cleaning, and even providing massages.
She stated, "Mahilig akong mag-alaga. Magaling akong asawa. Nag-aalaga ako ng asawa, maalaga, oo. Luto, ganyan, masahe kung gusto niya. Nagluluto talaga ako, naglilinis ako ng bahay, kung ano yung love language na gusto nila."

Addressing her recovery from the split, Ai-Ai mentioned that she remains optimistic about her progress, "Half-half, nasa recovery stage pa rin but in God's time and God's grace, I will be okay."
The interview also touched on misconceptions about Ai-Ai, particularly regarding her love life.
She clarified, "Hindi ako t*nga. Nagkataon lang na napupunta ako sa hindi tamang tao para sa akin. Kasi kung t*nga ako, hindi kami aabot ng ten years. Nagkataon lang siguro na hanggang dun lang and meron siyang ibang agenda, o meron pala siyang iba na nagustuhan, o may iba pala siyang gusto sa akin."
Notably, Ai-Ai even admitted that her marriage to Gerald was a mistake and that age actually matters in a relationship, which she did not believe back in the day during her marriage.
She confessed, "Yes. Kumbaga, una, pinanindigan ko na lang, and parang gusto kong ipakita sa buong mundo na age doesn't matter. But it matters."
