Curious about how he communicated with his mother back in Korea, Angelica asked, "Alam niyo ba nung nag-umpisa ako sa Banana Split [in] 2010, wala pa akong cellphone eh. Sabi ni ate Angel, 'So Ryan paano kayo usap ng mommy mo?'"
It was then that Angelica did something truly special for Ryan—she gifted him his very first iPhone, which allowed him to connect with his mother through FaceTime back in the day.

"Alam mo nung uso pa lang FaceTime, binigyan niya ako ng first iPhone. Meron [si mommy] so nakapag-usap kami sa FaceTime lang dahil sayo, Ate Angel," Ryan gratefully recalled.
However, Angelica's generosity didn’t stop there as she was also the one who helped Ryan land his first-ever movie role, "Unang cellphone ko galing sayo. Unang pelikula ko, Every Breath U Take, pinasok niya ako sa movie niya. Hindi pa ako marunong mag-Tagalog nun."
Their mukbang session wasn't just about nostalgia—it also touched on Ryan’s personal life.
When asked about his engagement to Paola Huyong, Angelica expressed her happiness for Ryan.
"Nagka-girlfriend ka pa lang, happy na ako. May ganun siyang vibe. Hindi siya mukhang short-term relationship," the veteran actress confessed to her good friend during their fun mukbang.
